Motista’s proprietary data encompasses people’s motivations and behaviors in the financial industry.

  • Motista has defined 100s of distinct human motivations - all the different ways clients could be motivated - using the social sciences of anthropology, consumer psychology and ethnography.

    Through Motista’s specialized survey, clients indicate if, and to what degree, they relate their motivations to specific financial firms.

    For clients completing the survey, Motista also collects behavioral data, like tenure of relationship, asset and credit balances, and financial products with their firms.
